Time includes assessment, treatment (~60 minutes), and home care training and instruction, as necessary.
The timing of treatments is largely dependent on your goals and will be discussed at the time of your first appointment. For acute issues, or if you hope to see quick and lasting changes, weekly treatments may be necessary for a period of 6-8 weeks. Maintenance treatments are suggested every 4-6 weeks.
Herbs, supplements, and home care products are not included in the treatment price. Cost will vary based on individual need.
Modalities may include acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, lymph drainage, craniosacral therapy, reiki, qi gong, tui na, and the prescription of herbs or functional medicine supplements.
All treatments are customized to your individual needs and may involve a variety of modalities. At our first session, we’ll discuss your goals, your overall health, and possible modalities that may be of benefit. As you progress through your treatment plan, we’ll continually reassess the ways your skin is responding and how your overall health is evolving, introducing new modalities as necessary.
